Psychosocial and medical evaluations, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dual diagnosis treatment, psycho-educational therapy, activity therapy, anger management, and help from peer supporters are some of the ways that it treats people. As Oswego County's first OTP, Farnham Family Services is known for providing Suboxone services to help fight the opiate crisis. In addition, the center has special programs for people who have more than one diagnosis and helps first responders. Farnham Family Services follows strict rules for care and service delivery because it is accredited by The Joint Commission.
